A storm came along and removed our awning mostly. We filed with our insurance and contacted Troy, he was very prompt at accessing our situation and worked with the insurance company to get the repair going, after a long wait due to supply chain issues, the parts were delivered and Troy can out immediately and took care of the repairs. Long story short, I had lost power and the heat index was 104. I live in my camper with 2 dogs. One is 17 with heart failure. Another company failed to show up or call back after promising to be there. At around 9pm I was blessed when Troy answered the phone. He sent someone right over. Tim was very respectful and had alot of patience. He found the problem but needed to get the part the next day to fix it. He came back and repaired as promised. They also ordered a another item I need repaired and will be back when it comes in. If it were possible I'd give them a 10. Service: Electrical

Troy is the man! Helped us get our propane system flowing, tail lights replaced, resolve electrical issues, and install equalizer hitch. Great guy, super helpful, and did it all in one half of a Saturday.

We dropped off our 5th wheel because slide would not go in. We had just got home when Troy text us with the problem and what it would take to repair. We ordered the part on Amazon. Took it to Troy and he fixed it on the spot. We will use him again. Very knowledgeable and very professional.
