Im pregnant and really emotional about everything so when my car started acting crazy and I was calling around and everybody said nope we cant help you this guy said bring it in Monday and ill see what we can do and if they arent a bunch of life savers I dont know who is they say all super heroes dont wear capes mannnn I really appreciate you guys soooo much

I was told my Tahoe was fixed, the same warning light came on, and I was told to bring it back. After 3 days, I had to call to follow up on the progress of my SUV because I did not receive any updates from your shop. I was then told that the wrong side for the part was ordered, learned later that this was a front/rear part NOT left/right. After this I decided that I did not want my Tahoe serviced by your business. However, this was exactly how events were meant to happen. My speaking out about the poor service I received connected me with an excellent garage and mechanic who was able to service all of my vehicles including my 1983 Monte Carlo that was refused by your shop. Further away but peace of mind is priceless. I was content to only leave one star but thanks for asking, that is the reason for your one star, because I could not leave less.
