        Called for an evaluation. Arranged with the receptionist for a technician to visit. Technician arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and seemingly knowledgeable. Upon leaving, he indicated he would prepare a proposed course of action. At this point we were pleased. Hadn't heard anything after a week, so I called. Was told the technician or someone would get back to me to discuss our issues. No response. Called again. No response. Dissapointed.

        Called Puroclean this morning and was able to schedule a same-day visit for a mold concern. Trevor and Chandler arrived and did an inspection/assessment for mold found on drywall and flooring during a bathroom remodel we are currently doing. Both were very professional and honest in their advice for treatment and remedying of the issue. I will certainly be using PuroClean again and recommend them to anyone! Services: Mould removal, Mould inspection
