This is the worst h&r block branch I have worked with. In 2022, this branch screwed my taxes up so bad that it took until the tax deadline to eventually finish them. They offered a credit for next years tax service and I was thinking okay, maybe its not so bad. But the following year, my tax preparer Bernard not only messed up that years returns too, but the branch had failed to record my tax credit! The lady at the front desk was only a hinderance to any solution. Needless to say that I will never choose this branch again, no matter how many times they contact me (twice so far) or just go ahead and set up an appointment without my direction !

Colleen Vignos has been doing our taxes for many years. She is very personable and we have complete trust in her doing our taxes. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything well

Although reaching the branch by phone was difficult, my tax specialist was very kind and pleasant. She thoroughly checked for possible deductions and offered suggestions for next year.
