I called Autry's to pump my septic tank after I was scammed by another individual (Safari Septic) Autry's came right over. They were well prepared and had all the right equipments . I was very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the job.

The very best of service. We have a sewage pump that runs to the street. He is trustworthy, prompt, and polite! He knows what he is doing ! You can have total trust that the work will be done and be done right the first time! No worries! Highly recommend! Service: Sewer repair

Had a septic tank distribution box/drain field issue that needed inspection and eventually some digging. Other contractors we called seemed OK but frankly, not thrilled with the job. It would have been a relatively minor repair (no permit needed) on a sloped, very wooded lot with tough access. Mr. Autry was the only one to follow up on his estimate and offered to come out the next day with the backhoe and get the work done. He worked that backhoe down a slope, around a tight corner, over soft mud and leaves into the woods and back in a couple of hours with minimal disturbance to the property. To add to the difficulty, they had to locate the septic tank first using the crawlspace and a camera, then they worked carefully to dig to it since the tank was not where we thought it was. He also has his own pump truck, so all of the work was quickly taken care of over the course of two visits in two days.
