The whole process was nice and easy working with Christopher. He met with my insurance adjuster and was able to get a new roof approved with only my deductible out of pocket. Drip Edge Roofing replaced my roof in December 2019. A leak developed earlier this year.  Took a while, but finally had someone come out to repair a vent cover that had lost it's seal.  Another leak developed Dec. 2022 on a 3-year-old roof.  I called and left 3 messages and a text on Friday, Dec. 9, 2022. No one ever called me back. A back up number I had used earlier had been disconnected.  I waited days for a call back; finally having to hire another company to repair a leak that was supposed to be covered by a 5 year warranty.  POOR customer service!!!   To me, a company that doesn't honor warranty work needs to go out of business.  Beware.

Drip Edge did an outstanding job replacing the roof on my home. Christopher the owner was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient with the process and answered all of my questions promptly. Drip Edge contacted my insurance carrier and met with my adjuster to assist with the claims process. My roof was demolished and replaced in one day. I am beyond pleased with the service I received. I would certainly recommend Drip Edge their service and work is impeccable!
