        this company is completely incompetent. Dolly put a tenant in my home that was habitually evicted in the past and did not inform me, and then refused to evict him after months of nonpayment not only did they collect ridiculous amount of fees, but they did not provide me with the services that I contracted do yourself a favor and just walk away. Im beginning to believe that some of these positive reviews are from family members and friends, because this is not the level of service that I received.

        Kari is super easy to work with - she is extremely responsive and she took care of maintenance and other requests immediately, and kept us in the loop when issues couldnt be resolved right away. She served as an extremely efficient and helpful liaison between us (the renters) and maintenance and the owner.
