it was unprofessional. they were hurting me and my cousin. They gave us an outrageous price for my cousin nails and both of ours was uneven and they were in a rush and did a terrible job on our nails. i wanted my nails longer than what i got my cousin wanted shorter than what she got. my actual nails are not cut right. When we were trying to tell the guy who did my cousins nails what he did wrong he kept getting mad and speaking over us. Telling us we were in the wrong and he did what she asked. I was not pleased with the service and not pleased with anything there.

I was recommended to go there and ask for someone that was Russia but I didn't see anyone lol. Nevertheless because I had such horrible service yesterday I was determined to get my nails done and praying that I got good service I end up getting a nice gentleman that were able to do my build out plus acrylic overlay I didn't get a bad experience I didn't get tips or any designs I just got a simple polish a build out an acrylic overlay over my natural nails he was punctual attentive to detail shape in my nails came out great I could see myself going back. Oh by the way I didn't talk to text so there's no punctuation sometimes I get a little lazy writing reviews

Terrible customer service !!My teenager daughter done her nails here several times paying full set for manicure almost every three weeks and seems like every time we come they always have excuses for not taking customers, making excuses like they are full or not more space available for the day even if you come hours before they close making us waste time We are not longer use their services seems almost like they don’t want the Bussiness how they treat regular customers,BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
