        Honestly love the location. Close to a grocery store the park and target! Cant get much better. The pool on the summer is a plus! And now there is a new playground for kids. We love it here.

        I am a home owner of Preston Park, Charlotte. My home got closed last year, They does not bother at all. I have major concern in regards to my window shringles, It is falling apart. Guy from meritage tried to fix but it has fallen more. I do not recommend meritage homes. Tried reaching customer care but no response
