Best Western Plus Pineville-Charlotte South

The rooms were decent slightly outdated especially the ceiling my few complaints was that during my first stay the faucets wasnt working but a couple of minutes later they started up and I managed to have hot water for my shower and also their elevator is always having issues but hope they get it fixed but besides that I enjoyed my stay the beds were clean and very comfortable. Nearby activities: Carolina mall is right up the street

The state of the pool is equal to the quality of their customer service. My team and I have had great experiences at previous Best Westerns, but Best Western Plus Pineville leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The front desk attendant which I believe to be the manager, is rude and has no customer service abilities. To speak rudely of guests you just checked in while there are other guests in the lobby is just poor form and unprofessional. I recommended anyone to book another hotel and avoid the unhelpful and rude staff. Update in response to the hotels response: The pool was not the only issue. Your hotel is not kept at a good standard. Your staff are not professional and caring. The behaviour of the guests was not the issue, the issue was your staff speaking badly about guests after they had left right in front of others and myself.

Did not like the atmosphere or room, no maid service offered. This place is not what I expected. Noteworthy details: It is not the Ritz Carlton??

Was a mediocre at best motel in an inconvenient spot from the airport. Would not choose this place but it was vouchersed by American Airlines. Rooms: Was a dingy, undermaintained 1 night motel room. Shade was broken and light streamed onto bed from a huge outside light in parking g lot. Shower was fine and bed was comfortable, though.
