        Unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this company for a home inspection! The list is extensive as to what the home inspector missed but I will share a few highlights. Checked the list as working on my gas kitchen stove and it was not even connected. Checked the list both fire places worked and they did not. Refused to look in a small attic return due to "asbestos" and the condo is only 10 years old. If he had done his job he would have discovered water damage. The list goes on however as a working member of the media I understand the importance of reviews and would suggest NOT using AmericSpec Inspection Services.

        As a residential real estate agent in Charlotte it is very important to have qualified and professional inspectors to call. AmeriSpec has always had very prompt service for my clients and the inspectors are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to answer any questions and always supply very detailed and organized reports with each inspection. I would highly recommend using this company for your home inspections. They make what can be a very stressful process, run smoothly!
