        Pretty tough neighborhood for commercial folks. I entered one of the 2 gates in my box truck (plant delivery), and was immediately told I would have to drive to the other gate, adding about 5 miles to my trip. As I proceeded through the gate (to u-turn), the plastic drop-bar fell down on my truck and broke (luckily my truck was not damaged). No apology from the staff, just a demand that I wait for law enforcement. Even after investigation, and discovery of gate malfunction, still no apology. My customer confirmed that my treatment was a common, every-day practice by the staff - e.g. don't move in on Sundays - box trucks not allowed on Sundays!
