Perfect spot for 12 golfers. House was as advertised and everyone was happy. Our group enjoys hanging out at house, cooking versus going out after golfing....and this was the perfect spot for that. Not cramped, open, lots of TVs.

You cannot find a better place to stay in Pinehurst for a large group. You are on Pinehurst 9 with the best morning view of the course. Enjoy your coffee and watch approach shots into the green. The house has every amenity you could ever need or want. The customer service is 2nd to none. You get a daily text/email asking what you need for the day - that is world class service. We will be back and only staying at the Ramsay Cottage for many many years to come. Well done!!!

A wonderful house and a great experience. Owners were very responsive to any inquiry. A few small items, running toilet in MBR, grill which should be seriously cleaned. Other than that, a very nice house for a golf group. One issue which should be addressed is the property only has beds for 10. Grown men on a golf trip should neither be sleeping on cots nor bunking in the same beds. Two twin beds solves the problem.

Just got back from 12 guy golf trip staying here. Place is awesome and exactly as advertised. Nicer than the pictures. Management was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

We had the Kenwood Villa and Ramsey cottage rented for our group of 20 golfers. Places were ideal for our group. Centrally located to all the courses and restaurants and nightlife. Owners were quick and courteous for all our questions while we were there. We loved the places and give it 5-stars. Thanks again for the places. See you in the future at some point.
