From the time we first spoke with Seth to the completion of our new porch railing was about 48 hours. Seth was very knowledgeable, polite and honest. His staff showed up on time Saturday morning, they were very friendly, worked hard and did a fantastic job. We were so fortunate to have found Legacy Porch and Patio. Five Stars!

We have had more than our fair share of contractors who failed us in different ways. Working with Legacy Porch & Patio LLC has been a refreshing change to this cycle. From the start, Seth and his crew have been friendly, upfront, professional and hard working. We knew exactly what to expect in each step of our porch addition. The job site was left clean and organized each night and at the end of the project. The porch was constructed solid, with quality materials and attention to details. I feel the mark of a persons integrity is how they treat someone who cant help them. Today I was walking with my family by a Legacy Porch construction site and asked if they had some scrap wood we could have. Seth, who I didnt know was the owner at the time, asked us what we would need it for, recommended using untreated wood since it would be inside the home with off gases, found a piece, sized it and cut it for us. Thats a man of character helping someone else who had no way to help him thank you Seth and I hope this gives others an inside view of who you are.

We couldnt have asked for a better experience working with Seth and his crew. There was not one issue during the entire process! From day one Seth communicated with us , and took care of all details leading up to construction day. The crew was also so great to work with. They conducted themselves with the highest level of professionalism and commitment to excellence. They were at our house early everyday and worked late - which allowed them to finish a few days early. We would recommend to anyone in market for a deck absolutely choose Seth and Legacy! 20x16 was size of our deck for reference

Legacy Porch recently replaced our aging deck with Trex decking. We could not be happier with the results. Seth and his team were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The project started and finished as promised. The team showed up every day through some wet and very cold weather. We would highly recommend Legacy Porch.
