        I get its a subpar fast food chain and I shouldnt expect much. I try to expect the bare minimum from this company, but I stopped off at this location around 7 this evening. The staff was rude and inattentive, my order was wrong, and the food was especially gross. I gotta change my mindset with fast food. Since the pandemic its become comically bad in most locations.

        This McDonald's is a joke. Every single time I go to the McDonald's in pilot mountain north Carolina I pay 20-30 dollar and the order is always wrong.... It's like stealing I check my stuff and they lol try to fix it and mess up again. Avoid this place. If you order a happy meal and get extra fries check it because they didn't put it in there.....

        It's McDonald's, same food,same taste as last year or the years before. All in all the food is the same,but the service is less then desired. Oh well welcome to the new world

        The manager had literally closed the drive thru BUT didn't tell the 14 Cara sitting in the drive thru line that she wasn't taking orders there. After I park, unload all the kids, get inside, and place our orders, they open it back up. Meanwhile, they continued to run orders for curbside pickup. Seems it makes more sense to keep your drive thru running and stop curbside, if you need to slow down orders.

        I use to eat here every morning, but recently I had a run in with one of the drive thru tellers. He was very rude, and had a smart mouth. What made me mad, is that this guy was training someone. I will not be going back.
