If I could give a zero I would. My baby is now 11 months old. Thinking back to when I was pregnant I was treated like a number. Ill never forget when I was being treated for PPD and my therapist wanted me to be evaluated first. So I called up there and told them I was being treated for postpartum depression and I needed an evaluation. I dont remember the ladys name but If i did i would say it. She was AWFUL and had the snottiest attitude towards me. So dismissive and would not stop interrupting me. she almost wouldnt even let me get a word in. I cant remember word for word the phone call but I will never forget how this lady made me feel. I was suffering. I wouldnt recommend going here. Find somewhere where they actually care about their patients.

Dr. Cummings and his staff are excellent. Really enjoyed the few appointments I had with them.

They don't even bother looking at your chart... They ask you stuff they should know by simply looking at my chart. They scheduled an ultrasound without consulting with me the day after my scheduled C-section. Honestly, the most decent person there is the phlebotomist. I understand they see a lot of patients but the least all of them could do is read the patient's charts so they don't look like they don't know what they are doing. None of them are synchronized and it shows. I wouldn't come here unless you want to be just another number. To reach them is hell. Most of the times you can't get through the phone with them. If it's an emergency, good luck. Better just go to urgent care.

Wouldnt recommend anyone of color to go here. The staff is trash (for the most part, with the exception of 1 or 2 ladies), they ignore your concerns, overtalk you, lose your labs, lie, and just a all around very careless & lazy team. Shut em down
