treated me horrible. kept insisting i needed more shots for my months long period after 5 of them. i asked several times not to see him anymore and to talk to nurses instead as they deal with most of everything. was told i would not see him anymore and was asigned a nurse to talk to whenever im in. ( crystal if you see this thank you for taking care of me during that time and actually listening to me and helping. ) kept having people ignore the request to not see him or a male doctor and even got remarks about not wanting to see him from him. i have pcos. i was prescribed a pain med for them that i cant even take due to medical reasons. i cant even get it changed or something i can take. i basically got expensive decorations in a customized bottle. wasint able to even get my blood test work back to figure out what was wrong. refused to or forgot to record important medical records. noted rude stuff in my medical files too like if i cried or something they didnt like about me or a backhanded comment. noted me crying during a blood draw and it being childlike. thank you lewis for the traumatizing medical experiences. wont miss em with my new doctors office

Honestly I am not even sure how this man is still able to practice medicine. He is very forgetful, his office is careless minus the lab lady and the lady up front. He tried diagnosing me with preeclampsia and tried to rush me into getting induced. He swore up and down he had seen me a weekend at the hospital for preeclampsia (HE DID NOT) and also tried convincing me I needed to have my son that day. He is just horrible. And his nurse is just as horrible with her nasty attitude and then got mad when I didnt agree with her. As if she was MY DOCTOR. AVOID LEWIS AT ALL COSTS

Been going to CFW...for years ..they all are wonderful...just was switch to Dr.Lewis..hes halarious...but thorough...He knows his work..n very caring..
