        (Broken pipe water damage) So far so good. They were easy to schedule and showed up on time. They sent Juan, Juan, and I think her name was Linda over. In less than 1.5 hours they had everything inspected, removed the damaged materials, cleaned up and set up dryers and a dehumidifier. More to come, but so far I'm impressed.

        Fire cleaning. They did a marvelous job by scrubbing walls, vacuuming etc. made sure the whole place is ver clean and all items that needs to be boxed are sealed.
