Dennis the owner, and Rachel in the office were very friendly and helpful. We were in the area for a vacation at lake Norman and damaged a plate on our boat near the rudder when we hit a submerged log. I called and asked if they thought they could straighten it out and they said to bring it in. I swear Dennis dropped whatever he was doing the minute I arrived and spent the next 30 minutes working on fixing my bent stainless steel plate. It was impossible to get perfect but it was improved significantly so we could put it back on the boat to finish our family vacation. He hardly wanted to charge me anything for the work but we insisted he take more money. The shop is a mom and pop machine shop filled with good people who have been there a long time. I would recommend anyone in the area looking for custom quality machining work to bring your business here.
