    I personally haven't had any bad experiences with Mason, HOWEVER.......Other management? Very much so. FED EX GROUND OSHA violations/ yes Unsafe environment/ yes Rude management/ yes, excluding mason. Leniency/ yes ( discretion of your manager) Workplace supervision /NO Over compensation/ YES FIRST ILL SAY mason, you are an amazing management, the only knowledgeable higher up on the whole floor. It was an honor working with you. And I appreciate every opportunity you gave me to stay over and work on my days off. When my car did actually break down. I had pictures and parts to prove so, because I fixed it. And I was terminated to OPH for unexcused, After being verbally agreed upon a supervisor position the day before the incident. Which was not in the stipulation of the agreement. Especially excused absences. TRISTAN is very rude and hotheaded towards the employees, old, young it doesn't matter. He will talk down to people, cuss them out, strong arm tactics are a big thing for this little man. This dude has no respect. PEOPLE SLEEP WHOLE SHIFTS, IN THE BATHROOMS, SMOKE IN BATHROOMS, STEAL STUFF, HURT THEMSELVES, ALL UNDER HIS SUPERVISION. He will guarantee positions higher up for you. And then fail to follow through. Which is highly illegal break of verbal contract. All aspects are in order for a contractual agreement. Turns out he has no right to terminate me. HR reversed his decision and said my absence was excused. I worked for another 2 months until I got tired of the unprofessionalism and quiet retaliation from management is constant. Suzanne the HR lady literally hung up on me 5 times and was remarkably rude. As well as kept my "employee Christmas gifts" which I seen on her desk with my name on it. She deleted me out of the system completely, so I had to wait almost a month to get my key card back as well as setting my schedule. All because I went above her head and reported her intolerance. According to fed ex general management, she wasn't and is never suppose to do this. Turns out through the phone service a manager had to unlock my account with a new password and login info SHE HAD CHANGED AT WILL. She even hung up on my legal advisor, and ignored every call. There's a few management that definitely shouldn't even be running a sink much less FedEx. This company doesn't seem to have any remorse for other people. Which makes a difference when it comes to what kind of employees are in the work area and how safe and caring they are about their job. If they rid their most loyal employees how do they expect to get any employees worth their time?

    Well FedEx your contractors driver did it again for the third time delivering our package to a car lot that sits next to 321 N Hickory Blvd in Hudson NC but they have a Deal Mill Rd address that interconnects with Hickory Blvd. Once again those crooks at Granite Motor company scooped up our package but like before would deny they got our package. That driver you have just assumed that place must be it to make the delivery without looking at their GPS when my mailbox with big white numbers beside Caldwell Chiropractic is just a few feet down the dirt road beside the back doctor. God forbid that driver ever work for Door dash or GrubHub people would starve! What do I have to do? Put up a big billboard with our address on it? Girlfriend very upset once again because the package was delivered to the wrong address that's not even a Hickory Blvd address. We are done with FedEx! From now if we order anything and see that you guys would be delivering then I'll cancel the order unless I can pick another carrier because apparently your contract drivers or your own personnel cant take enough time to look at the map on their GPS.
