        This was a 5 star review, however I have had to change it. I have been doing my service with them on my NH and Kubotas. They said they would be able to finish a repair and return my equipment by 1/20 and missed the deadline and couldnt get it delivered until the 26 th. The service debt. did all they could to get the job finished. Then the delivery person was snippy and not at all helpful when I asked about earlier delivery, after they missed a deadline. I paid some one to go pick it up the day it was completed. I called today because my tractor had a regen issue. The lady who answered the phone asked if I purchased it through them and I said I didnt, but had been moving my business to them. She promptly said they didnt have a tech available and since I didnt purchase through them she wasnt willing to ask sales. One person just destroyed a superb business relationship.
