I don't understand for the life of me why this is 3 stars. The hands down best experience I've ever had. Friendly staff very clean environment and honestly the most accurate prescription I've ever had. I've been wearing contacts for over 10 years I thought seeing 20/20 is 20/20. I don't know why because I'm not an eye doctor but these are the most comfortable contacts and best seeing vision I've ever had. This is the place to be. Very efficient and quick but thorough at the same time. They even helped me with my rebate and pointed me in the direction of useful coupons for my needs. Your loss if you go anywhere else.

I have always had a good experience here. Dr. Matthew Davis is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He is very thorough in his eye exams. I trust him with my eye care.

1st Dr. Kulesia is super nice, understanding, caring and listens to you and your questions/concerns. HOWEVER. This office has policies that are apparently nonnegotiable. I went in for my yearly(well established patient6+yrs) exam and contact lens exam. I removed my lens when asked and completed all exams. I was quoted for a years supply but because the rebate seemed low compared to years past I wanted to shop around. I went to put my lens back in so I could check out, 1 was torn from when I took it out. I tossed them in the case as I was pretty sure I had a back up pair in my truck. Turns out I did not. Nor were my glasses with me. I walked back in and said hey I JUST checked out but my lens tore and I dont have another pair. Can I buy 1 single pair so I can get home. their response - Im sorry, its office policy that because you didnt purchase a supply from us, you cant have a single pair. Now my eyes are dialated and I have no lens or glasses. I CAN NOT drive like this Leaglly. I grabbed my case from the trash , took my left lens that wasnt torn, put it in and left. Called once I was home to speak with the office manger who said it was in fact policy that a single cant pair couldnt be GIVEN. I never asks for a pair to be given, I asked to purchase a pair. She apologized, but said their policies were in place for a reason but perhaps the girls could have asked her if in this situation I could purchase one. Said she would see that they ask more questions next time . Although she apologized, it was more Im sorry this is the way it is, rather than , Im sorry as a patient of ours that we didnt do what we could to help. The first issue I ever had with them was I lost my contacts at work an hour away and they absolutely would not fax, email, text my prescription to me so I could go to an eye dr close by to get a single pair. This office seems greedy and doesnt really want to help their paitents. They would rather they drive home with no lens and eyes dialated, essentially a danger behind the wheel. I will be looking for a new office. (Should the office want to validate this complaint , my last name is now coulter)
