        Our autoclave at our veterinary clinic was having some technical issues and Ian from their support team walked me through fixing the issue to get the machine up and running. The machine will require a small replacement part and they were able to get the part shipped same day. We were a new client and the support we received was phenomenal and will be returning customers.         The staff at Sterilizer Autoclave Solutions was wonderful to work with. I work for a high volume dental office and one of our Lexa Autoclaves was down due to a part that needed replaced. A gentleman named Ian was fantastic and helped myself and our companies repair man change out a part and locate an issue over FaceTime. He was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. We were struggling to find tech support for this machine as the Lexa machines are fairly new but Sterilizer Autoclave Solutions helped us immensely and we were able to get the machine up and running thanks to Ians support and patience. Their extensive knowledge about this machine and friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air during a stressful circumstance. We are so thankful and feel confident in reaching out to them with any future problems that may arise. Would recommend them to anyone!

        Excellent Customer Service!!! I recently placed an order and received part of the order, the other items were backordered. I requested a refund on the backordered parts and was told it will be done. Immediately I received an email for the refund, better yet it was credited to my credit card, all in a span of maybe 10 minutes. Kudos to Mellisa A. and everyone else at Sterilizer Autoclave Solutions!
