        Wasted time is worse than wasted money. I got a call less than 10 minutes of my appointment time saying she was just leaving Charlotte. I live 3540 minutes from Newton. After over an hour of waiting, I called to see if she was even still coming to do my hair and was told she was "halfway" from Charlotte. I waited another 30 minutes and she still hadn't shown up so I left. She had me to pay a deposit via cashapp for the appointment the day before when I made it. I left to go home because WHO WAITS OVER 2 HOURS PAST THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME ANYWHERE! She called me at 3:05 and asked me was I coming? I asked for my deposit back as I was not coming back. She basically expected for me to wait all that time and wouldn't give me my deposit back. I'll never book with her again & good luck to any future clients. One of my worst experiences ever. What you give out is what the universe will send back.
