        I managed to slide off my snow-covered driveway into a culvert. I called Travelers Towing after reading some reviews and the owner Derek answered immediately. He came out after dark and removed my stranded SUV with great care. He showed up on time and gave me updates along the way. He was friendly and professional, and his price was fair. He turned a very unpleasant event into a reminder that there are still decent honest hardworking people out there!

        Our car got stuck going up a mountain over the weekend and Derrick absolutely saved our vacation! No one else was willing to come out in the bad weather but he got out to us in 30 minutes. He was so kind and professional, not to mention very reasonably priced especially for the conditions!! I would recommend this company to everyone, we had another couples car get stuck and he came out again the same night. I cannot say enough good things about Derrick and Travelers Towing!!!!!!

        10 stars if I could give. Highly recommend! Do not hesitate to call Derrick. Slid my SUV into the snow filled ditch. Called at 10pm on a Friday night and was super responsive. He got me on the schedule the very next day at 10am (side note we were in a Weather advisory, roads were covered w about 6+ of new snow). He communicated early that morning, let me know his timing and how the other jobs went, also that traffic was building due to the snow and ski resort and was going to a few mins behind. I really appreciated his communication. Its great customer service and very courteous, which seems to be lacking lately. He was able to figure out how to pull my SUV out, no damage, in a short 30 minutes. Before leaving he made sure I was fully out and drove on the road a little. I spent 2 hrs trying to dig myself out the night prior, should have just called Derrick immediately and drank more beers that night. The younger gentleman with him was also very pleasant. Thanks man! Youre on speed dial if I ever get stuck again.
