There is no way to get anything fresh here!got hockey puck chicken nugs and a large Alkasetzer to drink. Line too long to go back and complain.

Excellent Big Mac, no cheese. I mention the "no cheese" because I went through the drive through and DID NOT need to go back like so many times here in Tennessee! Also the outdoor tables were nice and clean making it a perfect spot for a pleasant meal with my service dog, Gracie.

Waited almost 30 minutes on the inside before they acknowledged we were even in there got our order messed up. Waited almost another 30 minutes to get our food for two meals the manager she was walking around like she didn't know what was going on.only one little girl offered to help us. Never have I been to a McDonald's this bad the bathrooms are nasty. Our drinks are watered down. Thank God that I don't live there and have to eat there all the time cuz I would never be back. The manager was just walking around like she was lost. I understand about not having enough help. I'm a restaurant manager also.so I understand the stress, but this is crazy.

they are back and forth with their decency as a fast food restaurant. I feel like since they are the ONLY fast food restaurant in the surrounding area of banner Elk NC you'd have a decent service everytime but for whatever reason This establishment lacks consistency for a good experience. I get great food then I get food that's been left out since the Morning shift or been in old grease because someone didn't change the batch from yesterday. seriously. do better and stay better please your all we have around our community

they are inconsistent with their food. like it's good someday's then they suck the others. they are the only local fast food in the area so they honestly should do alot better I think
