Very friendly. They have everything you could imagine that you would need, to move. Cheaper than other options. Be prepared to pay a deposit if you don't use a credit card. Pay in cash if you want your deposit back the same day that you return your truck. They buy back any U-Haul boxes that you didn't use, if you purchased from them. Lots of small things add up to a larger than expected total cost. Be prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars for a two day rental.
