I called Craven AG on a Saturday to help my clients' move forward with repairs to a septic system. We needed to have everything completed by Thursday in order to move forward with the purchase of a house. They went above and beyond with scheduling to move us up to Monday morning. Mac provided world class customer service from the time the call was made until the service was completed. He was very helpful explaining how he repaired the system and even proved to the buyer that the system was functioning properly after the repair. I highly recommend this company! Craven ag was super responsive to an issue we had with our septic. We weren't sure exactly what the issue was but they came out drained the tank down to inspect and cleared a clog we had. They also determined that we have a bad seal on one of our lids and explained how to solve that issue. They were extremely reasonable with the price and super easy to communicate with. Several times during the period of time the company I work for rented their port-a-potty we had to call for them to clean it as they kept missing the regular cleaning day. I would not use them again.

When the driver Edgar arrived I greeted him on my RING doorbell and he asked me to call the office and place payment on file and he would get started. In which I did. I received a call from him about 10 minutes later and he asked if I knew where my septic was. I explained to him that I could send him the septic repair blueprint that showed where the system was. I sent this to him. During this call I also told him that my water pump tank high alert alarm had went off Saturday and I knew something had to be full. He said that he would check this. About 15 minutes later he called back again stating that he could not find my septic and that in my water tank pump only 1 of the 3 float switches were working which is why the alarm was sounding. I was not convinced, but he is a professional so I let him continue. He then said he did not think I needed to be pumped even after I also stated that I noticed some standing water near my leach field. He said it was due to the slope in the yard. Again, still not convinced as I had not had this issue before now. He stated that I could wait another 6 months to a year before needing to get pumped and could get someone to come out to check the float switches and left. I was not satisfied with this recommendation and reached out to another septic company to get it pumped. Luckily, they were able to get me schedule the next day. I sent the company the same blueprint I sent your driver and he showed up and called me and said that he would not leave until he found the septic. After a lot of dedication the gentleman located my septic where the blueprint showed and in fact found that my tank was so overfilled that the lid was popping off when he dug down to it. He stated that if I had waited like the recommendation from your companies driver I would have been calling in an emergency situation within the next few weeks.
