She took time to advise us, the deal was done in 3 days (including all the paperwork) and then she stayed engaged with us whilst we discussed with Builders and looked at replotting the land. Karen was extremely helpful in selling my home! I live in a different state which made taking care of certain things very difficult. Karen really came through for me and helped me with the little things and the process as a whole. She was extremely professional and very responsive to my texts and emails. My son, Michael was looking for a home to purchase in North Carolina. He is a veteran with multiple issues, due to this I needed to look for the home and work with Karen Valeri.
