As a first time home buyer, I had no experience. Tina was invaluable in navigating my way through the process. I had myriad questions which she answered in a patient and timely manor. She kept me updated as the deal developed and used her resources to obtain all the necessities including inspections, documents, etc. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a joy out of what would normally have been a very stressful situation. I have recommended her to several coworkers, who have shared great stories of the experience. I cannot say enough good things about Tina, both professionally and personally.

According to a realtor at Coldwell Banker we just had lunch with GOOD realtors advise you before buying a townhouse with a HOA to ask the following before purchasing. +look into financials + find out what the reserves are + what the current budget is + what the history of the association fees + Determine what the assessment history is Well Tina Cliff who we thought we could trust did NONE of these things. We are now ensconced in a hellish community with a horrible balance sheet, huge due assessments and pending law suits. Granted Tina is a. nice person. But if she had done what the Caldwell Banker person named Susanne recommended we NEVER would have put a bid on this condo which is now killing us and all the people in this community. It would be easier to say nothing about Ms. Cliff. But I feel it is my duty to let people know about her. I wouldn't recommend her. ADDENDUM. So the weather has been cool here and we have NOT had to use the AC unit. We tried it and it doesn't work. When we moved in the house roof leaked. I mean I"m so furious I could spit. We were shafted.

Such a WONDERFUL experience working with Tina. Extremely knowledgeable!!! Patient with all my needs & wants!!! Promptly returned all calls. EVEN with my crazy schedule.

Tina is extremely easy to work with and is thoroughly versed in the many aspects of real estate. I highly recommend working with her if you want to buy or sell a house.
