I can't say enough about the excellent support, guidance, and astonishing responsiveness that we received from Maura!! If we could give her more stars, we would! She was able to quickly assess what interested us and gave us frank advice up front, which really appealed to me. It took us about six months before we were in a position to buy, and Maura proactively kept in touch with us until we were ready to buy. She helped us find an amazing loft in a location that we love, and led the way for us late in life first-time home buyers. She even was able to negotiate down the price for us - a rarity in this past summer's market. Maura is a fabulous agent, and I highly recommend her to anybody on the North Shore!!
