I've been going here for over 10 years so take this review at face value as I have extensive history dining here. Within the last 5 it has gone so far downhill it might be at rock bottom now. The servers do not know customer service at all. They don't care about making you happy, they only care about doing the bare minimum. The rest do not care about customer experience and it shows. I've had to get up and get my own drink several times, during non busy hours. Food is fine, but nothing spectacular. Portions have gotten significantly smaller and the penny pinching, big headed owner does not know how to run a restaurant. He will take any opportunity to squeeze a charge here and there out of his customers. I have been told by a few servers that they reuse their chips and salsa. Overall just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I have been coming here for over 20 years now due to the food, atmosphere and friendly staff. Over the last year myself and my family have noticed a decline. Tonight though, we were seated, given menus, and then it was 15 minutes before anyone came back to take even our drinks. During that time we watched 2 other groups walk out because they had not gotten service. We did get to order after another 10 minutes or so and things seemed to be running better. The food was fine, except my dads fajitas Texanas came out cold which Im not sure how but hes not one to complain. I get times are hard but I also have a hard time with a 3.5% increase on my bill due to using a card, when the service was lacking and Im still expected to tip. I think what bothers me most is Ive read other reviews in the last 5 months or so and saw the response from the restaurant and I dont get the idea that the reviews will really matter to them as much as it might to someone looking for a good place to eat for their time and money. It doesnt seem that theyre worried about the loss of customers either or they would change some of the things people keep complaining about. I hate to say it but Im probably not returning with my family. My money and time are limited and I want to go where that is better valued.
