Dear Evelyn,Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced with your recent floral arrangement from Tildy Floral Designs. We appreciate your acknowledgment of Maya’s helpfulness in taking your order. It is possible there was a mix-up with the photo you received, as we take great pride in providing our customers a boutique floral aesthetic using high-quality florals that are typically not found in traditional flower shops or grocery stores. Regarding the arrangement, we want to clarify that it did not include any red roses. Instead, it featured a deep red parrot tulip and a red strawflower, both of which were carefully selected for their vibrancy and health. Additionally, the pink peony featured in the arrangement as the focal flower also appears (from our departure photo) to be at its peak freshness, and we're sorry to hear it appeared otherwise in the photo you received. In addition to the two flowers mentioned above, Maya’s design featured two green garden roses, a reflexed white tulip another white tulip, a white alstroemeria lily, three stems of white lark, plus caspia, leather leaf fern and lark shoots for greenery.
