Generator Supercenter of New Bern

The entire process was easy and top-notch from my 'request for an estimate' phone call (answered by an actual person) to the installation on one of the hottest days of the year to the visit from the technician to explain all that I need to know about my new generator. Luckily, I haven't lost power yet but when I do, the fact that I will have power is certainly a comforting feeling.

The Supercenter salesman that came to talk with us was right on time. Had the info ready what we had asked for, and walked us through the hold process. Made the order that day! Now installation came, with shipping like it has been in the area, (very slow) we thought we would see generator Sept- Oct, but to my surprise it was on time. They called we set time up to do the install. Started on time but with having to wait for this and that, it did take little longer than we were told, but they did have to do little more than had been planed also. Then the inspectors had the installers waiting for them to do the inspection not Superstore fought! When they were finished tech guy walked us through in and out of the generator operations. OVER ALL DO IT WITH THEM AGAIN IF NEED!!!!! The staff at the office was great to deal with also anytime I called them. Seemed like they wanted me to be happy. Not like it was a bother like some places you call. Had and question or two and they answered or fix on the spot. GREAT JOB TO ALL THE PEOPLE IS SPOKE TO AT SUPERCENTER thanks.

Not one installment scheduled was on time in fact didn t show up at all and I didn't get a call.I had to call to reschedule. However when work was done it appears to have done correctly.

Just great service, very responsive, installed ahead of schedule, overall simply a terrific job.

From first phone call through installation and follow up the service has been first class. I enjoy that when I call I talk to a real person and when a date or time is promised there is great follow up and communications. I have enjoyed the interactions with the Generator Supercenter. I hope I do not need the generator but it is a real good feeling for me and my family that we have it.
