My wife scheduled an appointment 5 days ago with Pete for an estimate for a big home project. She wasn't contacted until 30 minutes before the appointment after she had cleared her schedule and made sure she was there. She believes she saw his vehicle drive by a few minutes before he texted to cancel, saying he doesn't work on mobile homes. Pete wouldn't answer her calls for an hour, as she tried to get an understanding of why he canceled or what qualified as a "mobile home," per his text. Nowhere on this Google listing does it say that he doesn't work on prefabricated homes / modulars. It wasn't until I called from a different number that Pete answered his phone. I can't speak for his quality of work, but his customer service prior to the estimate was poor and inconsiderate; a frustrating waste of time and missed work.

Pete remodeled my kitchen and we were very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality. Pete was very accommodating and professional through the entire project. We threw him a few curve balls that he managed perfectly. We would highly recommend him.
