The Fix - Coffee & Bakery

This place looks like it hasn't been open in months. Was really looking forward to having a nice breakfast there but this place is 99% abandoned.... head to kitchen on Trent less than 1/2 mile south of.

Have tried to come here multiple times over the last 4 weeks. Closed Wednesday, sure no problem. Come on a Thursday, closed due to emergency. Came here on a weekend a couple months ago, closed for a reason I can't remember. I'm done trying

We discovered The Fix after a quick Google search for "croissants near me". When we got there we found that there were no croissants, as the baked items were limited because the shop was closing for the two days following our visit for the New Year weekend, however we instead enjoyed the most amazing vegetarian quiche I think I've ever had. Asparagus and goat cheese quiche finished with white truffle oil and garlic... I've never been so happy to give up a croissant! The coffee was also amazing, the conversations with the staff were great, and we walked away really excited to come back in 2022 to try a croissant

Came up from Jacksonville on a referral, and was not disappointed! Great snacks, and the coffee was very well done. Quiet little spot and some great folks that work there. We'll continue to make the trek, just to visit!
