Do not use this attorney. In my case, I contacted them in November 2023 in regards to a traffic hearing in December 2023. In January 2024, I get a letter from NC DMV stating my license is at risk for suspension due to failure to pay fines and costs. Bettis lawifrm will collect your money after drafting an agreement, but clearly won't fulfill their end of the agreement. Bettis finally paid the costs in February 2024, after they realized I could get a better attorney and sue Bettis for breach of contract. Barely escaped a suspension that would have taken place in March of 2024. I literally could have done this by myself without law firm costs better than they did. My life 360 app location history and rental agreement proved my case, so it was pretty dry that I was wrongfully accused by the law with plenty of proof. The cop said I was doing 92mph in a 55. The cop must have been using his radar under metic settings, because 92kph is 57mph. Bettis did get fines reduced from reckless driving to improper equipment, but I was wrongfully accused and it should have been dismissed by a law firm. I could have got it reduced myself. This case occurred in Jones County.

You want a lawyer that will steal you retainer and leave you in court to fend for yourself, then try to call you a year or so later to harass you then lee is your guy.
