        Purchased a heat pump in 2016 with 10 years warranty - did not stand by warranty - Lied to me stating the original coil was no longer produced and tried to sell me a whole new air handler. Called Manufacturer directly - they shipped me the coil directly but Airtech would never respond or assist me in installing the new coil. I had to use another company to install the coil - works great now ! My personal experience is dishonesty and will not stand behind their work - tried to up sell me a whole new unit.
