    Mundy is the worst. They say they're medical supply but the 2 items I've needed are not carried by them.

    This is the absolute worst company, their machines are old and they constantly are having to come out and replace them but trying to blame me for it ,they know their oxygen concentrate machines are old and worn out ,now they have screwed up the insurance,

    Very friendly staff. The girls up front are always polite and very friendly. Frank has been a huge help with my sleeping issues and is there when I need help or have a question. They make you feel very comfortable.

    I initially recieved my cpap last year and was pleased with the service, when it came time to service my machine , mask ,tubing, filters, i wasnt able to contact anyone to order. I went thru Rotech to try to order but couldnt. I recieved a letter stating they would no longer service my machine due to insurance, i updated insurance info immediately. In the meantime ,I was making payment online each month to keep a 0 balance.The right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing.I got another letter stating they wanted 1300$ asap or would have to repossess machine. I called Rotech and they said it would be taken care of after insurance info sent to billing dept. I recheck balance on acct and 0 balance. Next letter states they will send to collections and it will effect my credit score. On the phone with Rotech/Kellys and rep states attempts to contact and rectify well documented and it shouldnt have been sent to collections. Rep calls Kellys to rectify, stating staff was rude. She tells me that machine has been recalled and provides contact info to have machine replaced at no cost to me. Kellys should have sent out a notification stating machine was recalled but I never recieved one, but with threats of repossession and credit score effects, that was the least they could have done. Still wanting me to pay for a faulty machine! 1300$ worth.I am a nurse and will not be reccomending this branch of Kellys for ANYTHING!
