The first time i called i talked to a man and undoubtedly he didn't save my quote and didn't leave his name so when i called back i spoke with Tammie and she was professional trying to figure out who i spoke with first so they would get the credit but we did not find out who it was so she help me out
we haven't paid the first insurance payment yet but after getting I'm sorry screwed by other insurance company's especially state farm I'm hoping this is the last time we have to change!

I cant begin to describe what a wonderful experience it was working with Tammi and this office in general. Trying to find reliable auto/home insurance is beyond a chore and stressful. Tammi made it easy peasy. She provided accurate quotes, took all my information over the phone and the transition from my old insurer to Erie was flawless. Im so glad I switched.
