We hired QuickSilver Custom Builders to remodel our kitchen and update our electrical panel and meter. We also requested that they complete the work while we were on a two week vacation this past Jan/Feb and they were able to schedule during that time. I was delighted they were able to fit us in and were also willing to travel to south Charlotte (SouthPark area) for this job. We completely gutted our kitchen, installed new (custom) cabinets, new flooring, backsplash, lighting, counter, sink & faucet and installed a gas line for the new dual-fuel range. Also, they installed overhead lighting in the living room, replaced a chandelier in the dining room, installed a new electrical panel and sub-panel, moved our meter, added and moved various outlets and switches and also repaired the outside brick when our meter was moved. They also painted the kitchen, living room and dining room; including the ceiling and trim. Keith and Casey were very helpful with suggestions and both were very detail-oriented, we made all the decisions before we left for vacation. They handled all the subcontractors and scheduling, ensuring all the various small projects were done on time so they next phase could begin and in the end, we came home to a completely new kitchen and could not be happier. We had a few (very) minor updates to the work, and they were attentive and fixed everything right away. We also requested quite a few custom details, such as built-in shelving behind the range, a pull-out spice drawer and a flexible knife-block drawer with utility cubbies for various kitchen utensils, and everything was done perfectly. Our new kitchen is stunning and we have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend QuickSilver Custom Builders to anyone looking for honest, reliable and skilled contractors. We couldn't be happier with the results and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future on another project.

Ive been in the HVAC and Plumbing field for over 30 years. I used QuickSilver Custom Builders to design and build my home. They allowed me to complete the work I was licensed and Insured for and they picked Top Notch sub contractors to do the rest. Their attention to detail and reputation got our home completed without any flaws under time and under budget. I enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them. A special shout out to Phil White the GC assigned to my home as he was the best GC Ive ever worked with in my career.

Keith and Casey did a complete remodel of our kitchen. Our house was built in 1935, and while there are things we love about that (the hardwood floors), the plumbing and electrical were in need of repair. They used local crews for all the work and checked behind them thoroughly. We could not be more pleased with the results. We will definetely use Quicksilver again if we have another project.

My wife and I used Quicksilver for a pre-sale home inspection for us on the "buyer's" side. Extremely thorough! No switch left un-flipped. No faucet left un-turned. No knob left untwisted, electronic device untested...For a buyer, the analysis of the inspection was TOP notch, and it helped to negotiate a "repair allowance" at closing! We will use Quicksilver again for all the future services we need!
