        Oscar was great. He explained what he was going to do and what he expected. He was very thorough.and took his time. This is the second time Oscar has been out and he's always friendly and courteous. I also need to mention he is very knowledgeable and has extensive training.

        Way too expensive. So I've put my wood heater back in. For what they want for a service call I can get a cord and a half of wood that will last till next year and lower the electric bill.
