When you move in take pictures of everything they claiming damages on me that were previous it was first time renting so I didnt even think about this Im only 23 they charging 4k in damages that were previous the property I was renting from them had a huge rat problem that they wouldnt come fix so I moved out of safety of my health if you use them plz plz plz take note of EVERYTHING and keep it documented I learned the hard way even when I reached out to talk about it they never got back to me so anyone especially young like me take pictures and have proof no matter where you rent from but especially these ppl

Our experience with Brian was incredible, we were in the process of moving from another state and Brian ensured we found the property of our dreams in a timely manner. He went above and beyond scheduling video calls for us to view properties without physically being in state. He advised us on everything we would need to close right away and thoroughly detailed each step in closing the process. He is so professional and friendly, he promptly followed up on all pending items and helped with any concerns we had. He worked his magic and we were able to find a house and close all in three weeks! We are forever grateful to Brian for helping us find our forever home!

We lived at a l&e property for 5 years. Every year they had a employee check the house to make sure the house was in good shape. When we moved out, they took our 1450.00 deposit and then billed is for another 1050. They charged us 600 dollars to pressure clean the 30x 20 foot brick area. Then 1000 dollars to patch holes from shelving. Not once in 5 years did the walk through mentioning the holes in the walls for shelving, pictures ECT. We hired a landscaper before we left to cut grass and limbs. They charged us 850 dollars for the landscaping that is owned by one of l&e's employees husband. We have pictures of the house, and are disputing this with the bill collection agency and NC real estate agency. Please beware of L&E's ways to renovate their properties with your money. They will file huge costs when you leave.

Unprofessional and very inconsiderate people. Have no regards for the actual tenants and will have people in very uninhabitable living situations without any regards to their needs. Some in the leasing office are very nice but have no professionalism and care for how youre living and your safety what so ever.
