Worked with them for 6 months. They promised 6 National Publications, delivered 3. They promised 100 calls booked, delivered 14. Half of what was promised was never delivered. They put a money-back guarantee as a clause in the agreement if they did not hit these metrics but did not honor it. After getting my money the communication was very difficult. Average response time was 3 days and that was only if I contacted multiple times about the same thing. They ran paid ads that they had me pay for at hundreds of dollars a day where it was just an image. No ad copy, no link to a website, literally just an image which was in no-way an advertisement for my business. This happened multiple times. When I asked them to honor their money-back guarantee they told me to escalate it to their legal team. This business is the definition of a scam. I'm happy to speak with anyone about my experience. I had a terrible experience with this company and I can relate to Abrams review below in many ways. I signed an agreement for $5,000 (originally quoted 10k) to have a website built along with 30 days of free maintenance and optimization. I just needed a very simple website. After the initial 30 days, you have the option to continue their services with various maintenance and social media marketing packages ranging from 3-4k per month. I asked the owner upfront and multiple times throughout our first 30 days working together that regardless if we do a maintenance package or not that we still get to keep the credentials to the website and will have the ability to make backend changes and "own" the website moving forward after the initial 30 days is over.... I was assured this was the case. Our site was completed just before 30 days and shortly after that we received a message through Telegram asking that we either sign up for a minimum of 90 days of maintenance for a total price of $9,000, OR pay another fee of $5,000 to have GasHouse "remove themselves from the process and turn over all rights and credentials to the website." WHAT?! WE JUST TALKED ABOUT THIS! So I just paid $5000 and spent 30 days working with this guy to build a simple website thinking after its completed we can just part ways with what is built and he demanded I pay him double of what we initially agreed upon to actually walk away with the website! And now I have nothing. Very deceptive and shady business practices! No where in the agreement does it mention that a maintenance package is required to obtain the website once its built, and the owner went out of his way to not answer my questions directly when he knew what I was asking. I am just in the beginning of my journey with gashouse media but so far they have been very attentive to my business needs and are working hard on my business reach so we will check back in 3 months and see how its paid off!
