I have ordered here before and never had any problems except for today. I informed the nice lady at the counter that I wanted to place an order online for a burger but it doesn't allow you to choose the options. She called a manager over who I also told of the situation., She basically said that its not her issue its the higher ups, ie the managers. I said ok well since you work for them can you let them know that it needs to be fixed. She looked at me crazy like I was asking her to jump through a ring of fire or something. She walked away with an attitude. So Im looking at the lady behind the county like wth. She took my order and the man comes out that cooks and I am explaining to him also. So he goes in and tries to see what the issue is. I told him thank you cause the other ladies cs was horrible. Now she comes over and intervenes in out conversation saying that I am talking about her. I told her I was and not behind her back but because the man asked me so I told him. She wanted argue back and forth. Not how management should act over something so minute. Now she is talking about leave her store, I told her she shouldn't be management if she doesn't know how to handle and contain herself. No way you should be going back and forth with a customer. Now the man wants to get into it saying I was rude when he wasn't even there from the beginning. He asked me a question and I responded. Felt like they was trying to gang up on me...I asked the lady if she wanted to talk outside but she didn't want to come outside instead she wanted to stay behind the counter and talk trash about me. I left cause no way am I gonna pay for food from an establishment that treats people like that. Worst customer service ever....
