Riverfront Apartments

Ive lived at Riverfront for a year and a half. Nice, quiet property. Close to the park and the river. Complex is managed well, and they are quick to address any issue that arises. Ive lived in many apartment complexes over the years, and this has been one of my favorites.

Have just rented an apartment here. Liked so many things about it, but there were other apartment complexes and apartments I could have chosen. I chose this one because of the Community Manager, Leann Carter, who was so helpful, friendly, and professional in every way. She made the difference; I never even went back to look at any of the others.

I wrote a review 2 years ago about my experience here at Riverfront. But I did delete my review so I can update it. I'm glad to have found my home at Riverfront. LeAnn was nice from the start of my application to now with everything we have needed in my apartment and our community. Our new countertops just came in and our apartment looks amazing! The maintenance crew is always on top of what has to be done to make sure our apartment is working smooth and we have no issues. I honestly couldn't have found a better home in a comfortable community. P.S. Look at our new countertops and fixtures! I'm in love with them!

I have lived here for a year and a half and could not have asked for a better living situation. The front office has always been responsive to my needs, maintenance has always completed work requests in a timely manner, and the apartment itself is quiet and safe.
