Phyllis cares about your needs and wants. Why would you hire any professional that doesn't put you first ? Phyllis puts you first. She is very patient, she really knows how to work with what you have to stage. We spent very little staging but got very good results. She will tell where you do need to freshen up and where whats existing is fine. This saves you money and the buyer may change it anyway. We used Phyllis twice, she was our buyers agent in 2002 and in 2021 as the sellers agent. I would gladly recommend her whether your buying or selling. A good realtor in my opinion knows what is reasonable and fair. Good advice can keep you from walking away from a deal that's in your best interest. We had no regrets as a buyer or seller. Phyllis works hard for you, looks out for your interest and knows people who can get the fix up you want done for a reasonable price and with quality work. You will not make a mistake if you choose to work with Phyllis.
