Worked at this company for about a week.. got arrested for something old from 2018 on my record while getting DOT inspected... got released with no charges filed... and I told the safety manager that me and my partner and I couldn't work together(cause of arrest issue) until it was resolved... but we CAN work solo and willing.... they told me that they don't have anything solo for us to do... Pretty much one day later, they are posting ads wanting teams AND solos.. so either they are lying to me or lying in the ad... but the icing on the cake, I still haven't received my final paycheck (less than $200)for the last run I was on, and my items are still in the truck I was in... But no one cares.. I need that $200 more than them!! And now I have to rebuy some of the items that I am missing from that truck... even if you don't have any arrest issues.. this company is very cheap... no orientation pay.. low mileage pay.... if you work on a holiday, they give you a flat $20 something bucks.. so basically, no competitive holiday pay.. I heard Mitch Bottomley will send drivers home(fire) if your truck is too dirty.. but they gave me and my partner a dirty truck to start in.. just sad.. nice terminal though!
