I cant say enough good things about Holli Nowlin. Working with her didnt feel like work at all and I feel like I gained a friend through the process. She helped from the very beginning when Todd and I couldnt agree on a selling price by running numbers, pulling comps, consulting her contacts, and talking us through to a decisionall the way to the day after closing when she made sure all the paperwork was in order and checks were in the bank. Selling a house that has been a wonderful home is never easy, but Holli made it as stress-free for us as possible. The Tuckers give her all the stars and highly recommend!
