I have been waiting for my new debit card since February the 9th I haven't received anything its the 22nd how does this bank expect me to pay my bills without my card the bank teller told me it would take 3 to 7 days and I haven't received anything and she was really rude about me wanting a new debit card because someone stole my old card

Went there today an was talking to Ann couldn't hear to well at the drive thru, the other lady got on the speaker an was very rude, because no one could go into the bank they said it was closed an it was on a Wednesday

wow. I have never had so much trouble trying to give a bank my money! we moved here about a year ago and thought we'd like to put our money in a local bank. so we head to surry bank, told the lady what we wanted to do and she said she would get the CSR that could help us asap and to have a seat. so sat we did. and sat, and sat, and sat.... after a certain period of time you just can't sit anymore... I know if I had been at a restaurant I would have left much sooner then we did.  now today, I try to get someone to talk to me about rolling over an ira into their bank... call, get transferred, goes back to the First Lady, and she says that this certain person stepped away, transfers me to her voice mail, that was about 2 hours ago... called back, same lady tries to transfer me to same person......nope...back to the lady, she will transfer me to someone else that is in her office,,,,,nope, voice mail... I guess they are doing so well they don't need anyone else's business... shame...you lose, not me.
